Service Scope
Services provided are defined by the written Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for maintaining internal access credentials and complying with local data privacy laws.
Payment Terms
Invoices are generated monthly and are payable via electronic funds transfer within thirty days of receipt.
Termination
Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with sixty days written notice as per the contract.
